UNV HQ at Bonn maintains a roaster of aspiring candidates for international assignment and most candidates are identified through the roster by a team in Cyprus (need to put web link here)

Identified Locally

National UNV assignments in India are fulfilled through advertisement of vacancies on the UNDP website and other relevant media. Candidates are selected by Country Office Teams and/or host agencies in the country of assignment.  NUNV CV Format

Candidates are identified through adverts on UNV website; other job websites and specialized recruitment sources.

Outsourcing

Candidates are identified by partner organizations recruiting and/or funding volunteers.

This website offers you an array of over 900 development organizations that hire a little over 2000 volunteers annually. Here are the minimum qualifications we look for in our volunteers:

• You have to be 25 years and above

• Your work experience should be at least 5-10 years
